Recipient agreement
1. Parties and participation
This agreement is between Heino Falcke, Heinrich-Imig-Str. 31 50226 Frechen, Germany, and the person or organisation registered as recipient. Contact: fedipass@fedipass.org.
As a recipient, your content offering, software project or service participates in FediPass contribution allocation. FediPay maintains the corresponding recipient and statement information and handles payout under the agreed conditions. FediID supplies account association and login.
Registration alone does not establish an entitlement to a minimum amount or a particular number of supporters.
2. Recipient details and authority
You must be authorized to represent the stated offering and receive payments for it. Keep the recipient's identity, contact, tax and payout information current. Use only payment destinations you are lawfully entitled to operate.
Provide identity, representation or account evidence where it is needed for a payout. Protect account credentials and security methods against unauthorized access.
3. Allocation and statements
FediPass determines allocations under the participation and distribution rules applicable to the accounting period. Periods of active participation are included. FediPay provides the resulting recipient statements.
Statements show allocated contributions and agreed deductions. Chargebacks, refunds and verifiable accounting errors can lead to corrections; an amount shown on a statement must therefore be distinguished from an amount actually paid out.
4. Payout
Payouts are made to the agreed destination from accounted-for, available contributions. Missing or inconsistent recipient information and legally required checks can delay a payout. We inform you of such obstacles where permitted.

5. Pausing, ending participation and outstanding statements
You manage the start, pause, end and resumption of participation in FediPass. Requests take effect on the first day of the next calendar month (UTC); current-period participation remains unchanged. FediPay separately manages payout details, checks and any payout holds. Existing accounting claims and justified corrections remain unaffected.
Ending recipient participation does not automatically cancel your own customer subscription or delete your FediID account. Notify us promptly of changes that prevent payout.
6. Duties and questions
You remain responsible for your own content, services and tax obligations. A statement is not automatically a tax-deductible donation receipt. Manipulation of usage data, duplicate allocations and unauthorized payment destinations are prohibited.
Send discrepancies with the statement reference to fedipass@fedipass.org. This request does not exclude or shorten statutory claims. Statutory provisions govern liability and defects.
