Consumers' right to withdraw
You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is formed, but not before you receive the legally required contractual and withdrawal information.

You may use the form below, but this is optional. Sending your statement before the period expires meets the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, we refund payments received for the withdrawn contract. We use the original payment method unless another refund method has been expressly agreed without cost to you. We do not charge a refund fee.
If you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and the statutory conditions are met, you owe a proportionate amount for the part of the agreed service supplied before withdrawal. The calculation reflects that part's share of the agreed overall service.

Difference from cancellation
Withdrawal is distinct from cancelling an ongoing subscription. See cancellation information for ending it at the regular contractual end date.
